		<description>I know this post is a little old but it has some great information!!  It reminds me of a &lt;a href="http://www.deliverandmeasure.com/" title="customer service book" rel="nofollow"&gt;customer service book&lt;/a&gt; that I have been reading.  It is about getting back to the basics and creating customer loyalty.  It goes right along with this discussion.  I wish more companies would take this outlook with their customer service.</description>
